Transition Coaching

Our lives are a series of transitions - big and small

Being fired not just once but three times has taught me quite a bit about how to reinvent myself – professionally, and as Lesia. Transitions suck, until they don't anymore.

Moving from Canada to Denmark and having to express myself in a foreign language was a challenge in maintaining my identity and personality.

Successfully changing careers and industries was all about stepping out of my comfort zone. Often on a daily basis.

But at 50, selling my beloved house and everything I owned except three pieces of furniture while establishing myself as a freelance consultant was probably the most anxiety-provoking transition I’ve had to make.

So, I really appreciate it when my clients want to, or have to, recreate themselves.

"Life is understood backwards but must be lived forwards."

 - Søren Kierkegaard, Danish philosopher and theologian

Transitioning from the life we thought we knew churns up so many varied emotions. The life we knew isn’t there anymore so where do we go now?

In business, it's called 'change management'. In life, I call it 'confidence management'. Because that’s what we need in order to change – confidence.

When life challenges us, we need to rediscover our self-confidence and maybe even revisit our self-worth.

"After years of burnout in a job that no longer resonated with my goals and values, I found myself in an existential crisis.

I needed help to explore my potential and interests that I did not have the energy to explore on my own.

Lesia helped me faithfully and confidently through a journey of self-development using thoughtful techniques that allowed me to learn more about myself - professionally and personally. She gives clear tools meaning in practice and is very present in her coaching.

Lesia's constructive approach and infectious humor has given great joy and confidence in my process. I would highly recommend a program with Lesia, as it has been very valuable for me."
