I was so hard on myself - driven by overambitious "to do" lists among other things. I wasn't just tired, I was exhausted, but I couldn't fall asleep. I was so far gone that I couldn't see a way out. My Resilience program builds your resilience with practical tools.

We start by finding out specifically how stress manifests itself in you. From there, we look at what new behaviours you’ll need to learn and what mindset supports that journey. I am also a trained sleep coach as stress and lack of sleep are often linked.
