There is a biology involved in sleeping. It’s not just ‘in your head’. It’s in your brain’s chemistry, basically throughout your entire body.

As a sleep coach, I help you understand the connection between body, brain and all the stuff that’s rolling around in your mind. With sleep coaching, we get to the root of what’s disturbing your sleep and solve it using practical tools designed around you.

And that’s something Google just can’t give you.

Our first session builds around a simple sleep journal. Here we get a chance to see how you’re really sleeping. This allows us to quickly take the first step to a better night’s sleep.

 I consider the lack of focus on sleep in our society as the number one contributor to poor mental fitness. The American Center for Disease Control has “declared insufficient sleep a public health epidemic”.
